@BlizzardCS @mateo_jomas I have the same issue. I live in Argentina, and bought WoW a month ago. I made another account for Argentina. I have the same error. I do not have a card from Argentina because I have no lived here longer than a year its the law. I used my 2 cards for buying and it always worked.
