🚨🇵🇹 Cristiano: “I know that whoever works hard, God helps him. It was a tough week, a dark one, it started as if I had retired from football”.
But I held on as I always hold on because I believe in work more than football. It was tough, I have to admit, but we came back”.
Not every postgame moment is about the highlights.
After securing a 2-0 win over Australia, Team USA gathered in a huddle and shared a powerful moment of prayer on the field.
That's a wrap on The Resurrection of the Christ — Mel Gibson's long-awaited sequel to The Passion of the Christ.
After a massive 134-day shoot across Italy, director Mel Gibson took a microphone on set to personally thank the cast and crew for completing principal photography on the film, which has been over 20 years in development.
The audio captured him saying:
"Since I'm all yours here and I've got a microphone... I just want to tell you all thank you so much for all your efforts, your support, your sacrifice, your love, the encouragements all through, the prayers and intercessions, thank you all for everything great and everything “small”, in the end it was all worth it.
Now it’s time to make sure the Lord gets glorified in all of this."
"Islam is dead in Iran," says Mohamad Faridi. He grew up in Iran's Islamic martyrdom culture and was trained to be a shaheed in the IRGC until he found out about Jesus. Now, as thousands of mosques close and the Islamic regime loses its grip on the hearts of its people, something extraordinary is happening.

In Tennessee, we recognize June as Nuclear Family Month.
God was clear about His design for humanity, and I’m grateful to live in a state that celebrates and supports that foundation.
21 years ago, I sat in a prison cell and learned I was pregnant.
Every sign pointed toward abortion. Every circumstance said this baby would never have a chance.
But I chose life.
I saw value in my daughter before anyone else could.
What I didn’t know was that her birth would help change laws in America. Fifteen years after I gave birth while chained to a hospital bed with a sheriff standing watch, that story reached the highest levels of government. And @POTUS granted me a full and unconditional pardon and signed legislation ending the shackling of women during childbirth in federal prisons.
Today, that same baby walked across the stage as a graduate of MIT.
From a prison birth to one of the most prestigious universities in the world.
Never let your circumstances determine someone’s worth.
There is value in life.
There is purpose in every child.
Go, baby. The world is yours. ❤️🎓

When I was Muslim, man, this verse used to mess me up.
Jesus on the cross saying, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
As a Muslim, I used to think: how does God feel forsaken by God? That sounds like weakness. That sounds like a prophet in pain.
But then I dug deeper.
And I realized Jesus was not speaking randomly. He was quoting Psalm 22.
That entire Psalm, written by King David centuries before Christ, is a prophecy about the crucifixion:
“They pierce my hands and feet.”
“They divide my garments among them.”
“All who see me mock me.”
In Jewish culture, quoting the first line of a Psalm pointed people to the entire passage.
So Jesus was not crying out in confusion.
He was declaring fulfillment.
He was saying: “This is that.”
And at the same time, He was carrying the full weight of sin, shame, abandonment, and suffering for humanity.
Every moment humanity has cried out, “God, where are you?” Christ stepped into that pain Himself.
That is not weakness.
That is intentional.
That is prophecy unfolding in real time.
That is the King bleeding on purpose so humanity could be brought near to God.
That is the Gospel.

On this day 250 years ago, our forefathers gathered for a national day of fasting and prayer. Today, Americans will come together again as one Nation under God.
This is who we are and who we’ve always been.
Seriously? A picture of Jonah just chilling in the belly of the great fish like it was some luxury boat cruise?
Looks like ur the one who needs to grow up and stop reading the Bible like a childrens picture book flipping past the cute illustrations.
If youre gonna mock it at least get the story right.
The text doesnt say Jonah survived in the great fish…it wasnt a refuge; it was a tomb.
You atheists love to pretend that Jonah was just hanging out in the fish….maybe even taking a nap or two to pass the time.
Utter nonsense. Jonah prayed while he was still on the boat, as the sailors threw him overboard and he continued praying from inside the belly of the fish…until he drowned.
Read his own prayer from inside the fish:
“I called out to the Lord, out of my distress…
From the belly of Sheol I cried and you heard my voice…
The waters closed in over me to the point of death;
the flood surrounded me; seaweed was wrapped around my head;
I went down to the roots of the mountains;
the earth with its bars closed upon me forever…
Yet you brought up my life from the pit, O Lord my God.” (Jonah 2:2–6)
He prays from Sheol….the Old Testament place of the dead. He says the waters took him “to the point of death.”
Seaweed wrapped around his head and the earth barred him in forever.
Thats not a guy whos just uncomfortable….thats a man describing his own death.
So yes…..Jonah died in the belly of the great fish.
The miracle wasnt that he survived underwater for three days.
The miracle was that God raised him from the dead after the fish vomited his dead body onto dry land.
And thats exactly the sign Jesus pointed to:
“But He answered and said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation craves a sign; and so no sign will be given to it except the SIGN OF JONAH the prophet; For just as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” (Matt 12:39-40)
Jesus didnt say “as Jonah lived in the fish…”
He pointed to Jonahs death and resurrection as a sign of His own.
Jonah died. God raised him.
Jesus died. God raised Him.
Thats the parallel…not a three day aquarium stay.
The sign of Jonah isnt survival.
Its resurrection. Full stop.
Pst Jerry Eze gave 240 people $3000 each as he launched his foundation.
But we won’t hear talks about it now, pastors laboring over the nation and still doing more for people than all your favorite politicians.
God is watching.
Roberto Firminho🗣️: “During the pandemic, I was watching a livestream, and the Lord spoke clearly to my conscience.** He said to me, "Stop drinking."
I said "What?" and He repeated, "**Stop drinking.**"That moment, hearing the Holy Spirit speak so clearly to my conscience, telling me to stop drinking...
It was hard, but when you hear the voice of God, and you know with conviction that it's Him speaking to you, there's no escaping it.
Immediately, I stopped drinking, brother. Immediately, I obeyed!**
...it was one of the greatest experiences I've had since my encounter with Christ!
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Dr. Marilyn Hickey on April 25, 2026. A faithful servant, she devoted her life to covering the earth with God’s Word. We mourn her loss, yet find peace knowing she is in the Lord’s presence and her ministry will continue for generations.
You know what shook me when I was Muslim?
The Quran actually mashes a bunch of MAJOR stories together. For example, Saul and Gideon, it straight up remixes the biblical account and then calls it “New Revelation.”
In 1 Samuel, Saul is chosen as Israel’s king. He’s tall, strong, and anointed by Samuel.
In Judges 7, Gideon is the one who tests his army by the water. Those who lap like dogs are cut, those who drink properly stay.
Two different leaders. Two different times in history.
But in Surah 2:246–252, the Quran gives that water test to Saul.
That’s like saying George Washington crossed the Atlantic Ocean to discover America in 1492.
Totally different people. Totally different events.
But the Quran fuses them into one blended story.
Why is nobody talking about this?
That’s not Revelation—that’s confusion.
The details are undeniably the same, and it’s undeniably a mix-up.
And here’s what hit me:
As a Muslim reading the Bible, I realized something.
The Bible is laser precise with names, places, and timelines, because God actually moved in real history.
But the Quran feels like someone overheard Jewish and Christian stories, mashed them together, and turned them into a moral lesson.
And if the book I was reading can’t keep Saul and Gideon straight, how could I trust it with my eternity?
The God of Scripture doesn’t blur history.
He writes it in detail, and every story points forward.
The entire Old Testament is a witness to the coming of Christ. And that’s why I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior.
Jesus never said "I am the Messiah" in the Quran, yet this guy will say "well Allah calls him the Messiah in the Quran, so that's good enough". To that we can say "well the Father calls Jesus God in Hebrews 1:8, so that's good enough." But then instead of conceding that their argument failed, they will divert to some new complaint.
With that said, Christ claims titles and actions for himself that the Quran ascribes to Allah alone.
- "The First and The Last" (Quran 57:3 / Revelation 22:13)
- "The Truth" (Quran 22:6-7 / John 14:6)
- The forgiver of sins (Quran 3:135 / Mark 2:1-11)
- The one who raises the dead at the Hour (Quran 22:6-7 / John 5:25-29)
- The Lord and King on Judgement Day (Quran 1:4 / Matthew 25:31-46)
- The cloud rider (Quran 2:210 / Mark 13:26-27)
These are just a few examples. On top of this, the Quran confirms our scriptures (S. 2:41, 2:89, 2:91, 4:47, 5:43-47, 5:66-68, 10:94, ect). The same books that have Christ claiming to be God. And by the way, it doesn't just confirm parts, it confirms ALL of it (S. 2:85).
