开启了一个极坏的先倒！1030万。一个卖奶茶的，因为用了老祖宗传了几千年的四叶花图案，被一个法国奢侈品巨头告上法庭，一审判赔1030万。
更讽刺的是，LV自己的四叶花卉图案，跟中国唐代宝相花纹几乎一模一样。唐代紫檀木画槽琵琶背面，满铺的就是同款对称四瓣团花。南京博物院藏的新石器时代陶钵上就有早期的柿蒂纹——四叶花纹的源头。苏州园林的地砖上、敦煌壁画里，“开了”一千多年。
