@wizechukz@DiscussingFilm So in your eyes, why was he Spider-Man from 1962-2004 in the comics without organic webs? Having organic webs doesn’t make it more true to the character, and if anything, makes it less so.
@Lib_x11@DiscussingFilm Actually web shooters are the OG. Here’s his first ever appearance, Amazing Fantasy #15. The organic webs didn’t appear until 2004 for movie synergy, which they undid in the late 2000s.
@gaisericss To me, the eyes have never been the problem. In homecoming, it was the black strips, and the mid ahh front logo. In BND, it’s the TASM2 formatting, and the lack of a fat, round back logo.
@HenryHarper523@CBM_Losers Winning or losing doesn’t make him better. What matters is how good of an adaptation he is. That’s like saying literally almost any cbm villain is poorly done unless they win. Eisenberg’s Lex is miscasted and has very mid writing. The others are better. It’s that simple.
@HenryHarper523@CBM_Losers Usually I let it slide when you support the Snyderverse, since I think there’s some cool elements to it, but this is ridiculous. Nicholas Hoult is the second best live action Lex to ever exist. (Second to Michael Rosenbaum). Snyderverse Lex is terribly done.
This is my new “year one” Spider-Man suit. It’s my first time using a spandex bodysuit, so it looks a bit wonky, but overall I’d say it’s good. I can’t decide which mask I like better with it though.
