@nervewing PAWS is like 6-36 months. You just have to tough it out and then it suddenly gets better and easier. Just distract yourself with narrative media as much as possible for that time. DMT is just enough for needing to feel different in my experience. Lamotrigine may help you too.

@2drdave3 I also got disabled in my final years due to a combo of addiction and what I think was long-COVID. FWIW, I cured most of the LC symptoms with psychedelics, and moved into that field as a career post-grad school. Feel free to DM me if you want to explore that as a recovery pathway
