@OilersNation @RiverCreeCasino New coach changes the whole team play, which will likely solve goalie challenges as the team will most likely play stronger in the defensive end, and give up less chances making the goalie work pallatable. Work on the player side, & keep the goalie card until deadline

This guy just said what millions of Canadians are thinking but politicians are too scared to admit.

He’s an immigrant himself. Came here, integrated, raised his kid Canadian.

His message to newcomers?

“When you go to Dubai, you respect their way of life. When you go to Italy, you don’t force them to change for you. So why is Canada any different?”

“Everybody fits in. Everybody tries to blend in. That’s all I’m asking.”

Bring your food. Bring your culture. Bring your wisdom.

But leave the ego at home. Leave the religion at home.

Don’t rearrange our home — your new home.

He calls out the school talent show where one kid starts leading a religious prayer in front of everyone.

That’s not “sharing culture.” That’s shoving it down everyone’s throat.

Then the Halloween story: family shocked his daughter dressed up because “we don’t do that.”

His answer? “You’re in Canada. In Canada, we do Halloween.”

Simple as that.

This is what actual integration looks like.

Not the government’s version where we’re supposed to bend over backwards, rewrite our traditions, and pretend every culture is equally compatible with the one we built.

Canada used to turn immigrants into Canadians.

Now they want Canadians to disappear so nobody feels uncomfortable.

This guy gets it. Most of us get it.

The only ones who don’t? The ones running the country.

@spittinchiclets @BizNasty2point0 Puck was visible as Vegas tried spearing it into the net, but then was covered by the goalie as Vegas continued to follow-through on the spear trying to push the puck into the net. If the stick was pulled back out, puck doesn’t go in. Right call on the ice and review
