the part of the @Americanfort_io note that stayed with me wasn’t the $350M figure.

it was what happens after the funds start moving.

you can bridge from one chain to another, but the receiving side still sees an address.

how does it know that address actually belongs to the same wallet that started the transfer?

that’s where i started looking deeper into Provenance Proofs.

Send to Name already made sense to me:

one name for the person.

a fresh address for each payment.

then this adds another layer.

same seed can prove ownership across different chains and curves, without putting the seed itself on the bridge.

the bridge can verify the proof before releasing the funds.

so you’re not just making the destination harder to follow.

you’re also giving the bridge a way to check that the destination is actually yours.

Nucleus is still open and the window is getting tighter.
