🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Former West Bromwich player Quevin Castro has tragically passed away at the age of 25.

Castro collapsed just 10 minutes into a friendly match while playing for Portuguese side Real Sport Clube. A club doctor attempted to revive him with a defibrillator before he was taken to hospital, where he sadly passed away.

🚨 URGENT APPEAL: MY MUM HAS BEEN KIDNAPPED — PLEASE HELP US BRING HER HOME 🚨

MY MUM, OREMADE OLAYINKA, HAS BEEN ABDUCTED. WE DESPERATELY NEED HELP.

On Friday, 14 August 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM, a vehicle carrying four women was attacked by armed men along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, around the Alakpako axis in Ogun State.

The attackers reportedly pursued the vehicle while firing shots, causing it to crash. Two of the women managed to escape, while my mum, Oremade Olayinka, and another woman were abducted and taken into the surrounding bush.

It has now been several days since my mum was taken.

The kidnappers have reportedly demanded a ₦200 MILLION ransom.

A report has been made at Ajebo Police Station, and search efforts involving vigilantes and other relevant authorities are ongoing.

But we need help and visibility.

Celebration Church is a really amazing church. Yes we have an amazing Pastor but even down to structure.

A lot of campuses already and a lot of campuses still being planted. That's a lot of event centers. Just a few of the numbers have Celebr8 Center at the moment. So one thing here is the amount of money paid.

Even Ikeja was at Balmoral Convention Centre (I remember the full address cos I always saved those service pictures on Instagram) at some point. And that's a lot of money.

But more importantly, the workforce. The ambience. The sound. The chairs. Media equipment and screens. The instruments. Spending a whole Saturday setting up for a 4/5 hour (first and second) service and then setting down immediately after.

And this happens in every campus without a Celebr8 Center yet, including Cell Churches. It's amazing!

May God provide Celebr8 Centers for all our @cci__global Churches. And may God provide for every other church needing thier own space.

These can lead to the moments that have occurred recently, such as against Leipzig and now in Heidenheim. I know that they may seem scary at first glance - but for me, they are currently simply part of my everyday life. I am receiving the best possible medical care in this regard, and I am very optimistic. FC Bayern and the people closest to me are always by my side and supporting me on this journey

What is important is that there is no additional health risk beyond this. In close consultation and regular communication with the specialists, it was my personal wish to face this challenge and, with the approval of the neurological specialists, to continue doing what helps me most in my recovery: simply living my everyday life and continuing to pursue my passion of playing football. I have taken responsibility for that decision. Overall, I have a very good feeling and I am on a good path. What helps me most along the way is continuing to chase victories and titles with my team, with your incredible support. I hope this helps you understand me better.
