@JCaporoso I would say Reese at 2 and then try to trade up for Downs. Maybe use the 44th pick to get as high as 9 or 10 if he falls. Still have 33 to draft a WR or take a swing at QB
@NYJ_Matt Pay no attention. These guys get paid for engagement. And nothing gets more engagement than riling up Jets fans. They know what they’re doing. It’s hot take culture at its worst
@JCaporoso@Haason7Reddick@nyjets Does Reddick want too many years? Why not do something like a 2 year $64M extension? Reddick will like the $32M number. That will put him on a 3 year $78M contract. $26M per year, seems reasonable for all parties involved. Go win a SB
@PFF Disagree. Pressures are great, but you can still turn a QB pressure into a positive play for the offense. Sack is final, always a net negative for the offense and hitting the QB will get in his head, eventually.
@Playlikeajet1 McCarthy has far more talent than Jones. Bad comp. Mac Jones had 1st round NFL WRs across the board in college. How many NFL caliber pass catchers did Michigan have?
@Playlikeajet1 You could also get a WR who can contribute in the 3rd/4th. Hard to find quality OTs later in the draft. With the importance of the position and the need (insurance for Smith/long-term starter), OT is too important to pass up IMO (suppose the same can be said for M. Williams tho)
