"There was this spirit, as Covid marched on of just absolute confusion because the hospital would come up with these inane policies on almost a bi-weekly basis that would have to do with race or gender.

"And so we had required reading of, you know, White Fragility and Abraham Kendi's books. I never read them. And we're supposed to— the whole trauma surgeon was assigned a re-education camp by a DEI officer because one of our surgeons sounded she didn't know what this person's pronouns are.

"But we were supposed to have re-education on anatomy and biology and, I mean, and so this was, it was preposterous. And, after a little while, if you don't have an external loci of reference, you're up and down are completely crossed. You're right and left are crossed. You don't even know what you're doing because, because of this stuff.

"And then they threw into the confusion these very sinister policies of protocol first. So this is when my hospital started affiliating with the World Economic Forum. They instituted this policy that's called Caring Reliably, which sounds like, oh, that's a really nice policy. We're going to do the right thing for the right person every time. Sounds great. But it's protocol-driven medicine that hurt people and it hurt people bad.

"And so when they started those policies, please interrupt me if I'm talking too much on tangent. But when they started those policies, we institute those policies for sepsis. Sepsis is one of the leading causes of death in hospital. Makes a lot of sense to get protocols that help.

"So we started the sepsis team. Hospital invests 400 grand on it. We get federal grants, all this kind of stuff seems great. We institute the policies. A year later, our hospital sepsis mortality went up by 28%. So you know what they did? They increased it. They did it more.

"We instituted more protocols. The last year I was there, '21 to '22, as a result of these policies— So in trauma surgery, you grade your trauma based on something called injury severity scores. Trauma surgeons like to, try to grade and score and compete.

"So the hospitals, all trauma surgery is inherently very competitive. Our hospital, every hospital, can publish what their survival rates based on injury severity scores. Our rate doubled, went up by 100% between '21 and '22. [But they just] blamed transphobia or racism or something. It can't get more absurd. It was completely absurd."

Nigerian Man, 21, Stabbed to Death in Dublin's Grafton Street After Being Chased by African Gang

In the early hours of Monday morning, another chapter in Ireland's growing nightmare of imported African violence unfolded in the heart of Dublin.

A 21-year-old Nigerian man was chased through the streets near Grafton Street by a group of other African men following a row at a rap gig in Bewley's nightclub.
He was stabbed multiple times, including in the chest, and collapsed on Clarendon Street in front of late-night revellers.

Emergency services rushed the victim to St James's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after.
Gardaí have sealed off the busy shopping area, gathering CCTV and appealing for witnesses, but this latest killing highlights a grim pattern that mass migration from Africa has brought to Irish streets.
Once a symbol of Dublin's vibrant nightlife, the Grafton Street area is now plagued by these chaotic outbursts. The victim, a nightclub promoter originally from Nigeria, became embroiled in disorder that spilled out from the venue.
A young woman also suffered stab wounds in the incident.

This is not an isolated tragedy, it's part of an endless cycle of African-on-African violence that ordinary Irish people are forced to endure in their own capital.
Decades of open-door policies have imported tribal conflicts and knife crime that were never part of Ireland's culture.
