@spyderactive I’ve used my gloves for a second season and the thumb has split on the seam. Not something I’d expect for such an outlay. Please advise how this can be looked into.

@British_Airways We have travelled. We’ve experienced major issues and need to complain. I do not want to write in as I’ve never received a response, let alone a resolution to the last issue with you. I want to talk to someone, and today. You’re quick enough to take our money.
