@audibleuk Hey - I keep getting a playback error when sampling books and also when downloading some books. I've tried the stuff on your help page. I'm using the android app and it's on the latest version. Is there any suggestions?

@MmmmDoughnuts21 My main complaint was the previous event. I played daily for a couple hours each day. The most I could play without neglecting things like work, family and other responsibilities. And I still only came in the top 15...i think I broke into the top 10 but then got push out. Sucks

@ScotRail Ihave a flexi pass ticket that I activated this morning but could not travel because of the disruption on the Inverkeithing to Edinburgh line. I got on the train at Inverkeithing at 0620 but then had to make alternative arrangements. How do I get it back or make claim?
