@DarrenMcLean_uk @lakehounds In Vancouver BC the 4/6/8s aren't really getting built anymore and instead they rezone transit corridors for towers. So you get a sea of single family homes that all of a sudden transition to 30+ storey towers and it's really jarring. Land and build cost being so $$$ doesn't help
