I attended a human rights situation review meeting yesterday, focusing on the past six months. Out of 199 complaints recorded in this period, 98 were from men. But, only 20% of all complaints (12.63% women, and 7.37% men) fell within the mandate of @UHRC_UGANDA & were registered.
