@Headteacherchat I know of these things happening although never experienced it. It may mean a long drawn out interview/character fit type process covering several days or so when multiple candidates are seen 1:2:1 and then taken through to the next stage or not. Maybe.

In a recent by-election, my country rejected hate and division.
In the Senedd election, it has done the same (just).
Don't get me wrong, the appeal of billionaire backed divisive politics is strong, particularly in many left behind towns in Cymru. Diolch, Plaid.
