@SonosSupport I just got a Sonos one. Set up and all working. Setup google assistant. The Sonos one hears ‘ok google’ from all over the room but does not hear / respond to commands. Help?

As above I asked google to play the Beatles- several times- it did not work until I put my lips 1cm from the top of the Sonos

I called support -told that the order has not been fulfilled yet
My son is starting secondary school on Fri and it looks like he will have no books!
