🥃Here’s exactly how I framed them, feel free to adapt:

1. LEAD WITH CURIOSITY + VALUE

“Hi (Name), I’ve been following (Project) and loved (specific detail). I’m a (your role) and could help with (specific contribution). Here’s my portfolio/resume , open to a quick chat?”

2. GIVE BEFORE YOU ASK

“Went through (Project’s latest launch) and thought of 2 ideas to make it even better: [Idea A & Idea B]. If it’s helpful, I can mock something up for you.”

3. IDENTIFY GAPS + OFFER FIXES

“Noticed (specific issue) in (Project) that might be affecting (result). I’ve got an idea that could solve it , want me to share more?”

4. BE THE CONNECTOR

“You’re hiring for (role), right? I know someone who’d be perfect , can I make the intro?”

5. SHOW YOUR WORK FIRST

So I've been getting complaints on how to bag Jobs or spot web3 projects actually worth working for. Not just Memecoins here and there. I was able to come up with these few steps. Hope it helps someone out there.

Now note that not all Web3 jobs are worth your time.
Some are...… others are sinking ships, they'll waste your time.

Here’s how I filter before saying “yes”:

1. ACTIVE COMMUNITY, NOT JUST NUMBERS

If their Discord/Telegram is full of bots or silence, run. Real projects have engaged, organic conversations.

2. TRANSPARENT FOUNDERS

Do they show up in AMAs, share updates, and answer hard questions? If not, that’s a red flag.

3. SUSTAINABLE TOKENOMICS

If the token model relies on constant hype or massive inflation, it won’t last.

4. CLEAR ROADMAP (AND PROGRESS)
It’s not enough to have a flashy roadmap , look for actual delivered milestones.

5. REAL PRODUCT OR MVP
Ideas are cheap. If there’s no working prototype after months, be cautious.

6. BACKED BY TRUSTWORTHY PARTNERSHIPS

Legit projects collaborate with known names, not random “strategic partners” no one’s heard of.
