@8NewsNow It's okay the NV transportation authority just gave their approval to let them run 102 vehicles above ground...with the mighty dollar you can pretty much do whatever you want
I believe your day-to-day posture & movement patterns impact your body's symmetry and proportions MORE THAN your genetics do.
If you analyze the posture of a professional bodybuilder from their early 20s to the time they were carrying a lot of muscle, it stays nearly identical.
Unlike most people, they developed well-balanced posture and MAINTAINED IT while carrying & moving progressively more weight. This means every single time they did cardio or lifted weights, their muscles were being stimulated evenly.
Even stimulation leads to even growth.
Even growth = symmetrical proportions
Symmetrical proportions = "amazing genetics"
It truly can be this simple. I don't believe symmetrical posture & proportion comes from getting lucky and being blessed with the perfect genetics. I believe humans are able to control how we look, by consistently moving & breathing evenly.
Symmetry is a skill.
