@AHS_Warranty I can't really believe AHS Social Media is one of the higher escalation depts of AHS given you didn't answer my initial question on what the escalation process is. AHS needs to publish the escalation process on the web site and provide their call center agents with that info.

Does @AHS_Warranty have an escalation process? Our heater has been broken since the beginning of November. 6+ phone calls later, agents only demonstrate expertise in obstructing service, don't appear to have any notes on our issue or know of any escalation process.
