We’re doing Christmas up big this year to combat my depression, even if it feels forced at first. Festive sweaters, baking cookies, holiday movies, cozy slippers, Christmas lights…. All of it. Bring it on.

I have a consultation with another doctor on Friday. He focuses on cellular inflammation, toxicity, and damage.

I can’t help by feel super hopeful that it helps me feel better. I’m kinda at the end of my rope with my health again, and I don’t know what else to do.
