The IDF murdered a leading journalist in Gaza and accused him of being Hamas. He knew a target was on his back and warned the world while begging and pleading for protection. Anas Al Sharif was born in 1996.

He was 4 when the Second Intifada began in 2000. He was 11 when Israel imposed the blockade on Gaza in 2007. He was 12 during Cast Lead in 2008–2009. He was 18 during the 2014 assault on Gaza. He was 29 when Israel assassinated him in 2025.
