According to the data reported by The Economic Times:

1. India: ₹108.97/litre
2. UAE: ₹110.49/litre
3. USA: ₹115.25/litre
4. China: ₹132.02/litre
5. Canada: ₹134.97/litre

Against the global average of ₹150, petrol in India is nearly ₹41 cheaper per litre.

Even diesel is ₹61 cheaper than the global average.

Yet, some people will still tell you that India has the most expensive fuel!
