@g12finch Nahi likha hota. Military Police likha hota hai. Key word is Military. The point is that the Parliament, MHA and ITBP personnel call themselves as Police and display on their Vehicles also. Why are you fighting it out. Please relax and enjoy your weekend!

@g12finch As per Entry 2 & 2A, List I, Schedule 7, Constitution of India, The centre also maintains its own police forces to assist the states with ensuring law and order. Therefore, it maintains seven central police forces and some other police organisations for specialised tasks. Khush!!

@g12finch Yes, ITBP is an armed police force, under Home Ministry, with a well defined role. It’s one of the CAPFs. Both ITBP and CAPF have Police integrated in their names. That’s what I’m trying to convey. Armed Police also makes sacrifices and serves the Nation- but it’s not military.

The Army once had to disarm mutinous CRPF personnel at Jharoda Kalan near Delhi in 1979.
Such behaviour must not be condoned.
The Commandant should be severely reprimanded.
It is the Army brass sitting in Command and Army HQs which needs to grow a pair to take on babus.
