@duplopig @MaryRobinette I am sure NHS must be great. I had a chance to briefly work as a med student there. It was about wait times so I mentioned that. US model is far from perfect and has major issues with waste of resources as well inequality.

@MaryRobinette Not to excuse US health system of its follies, inadequacy and waste, Iceland population is close to 350,000 and population of Nashville metro is 1.75 million. Where healthcare in US needs to improve drastically, government run NHS is an example to avoid for larger populations.
