It doesn’t matter what you’re selling… it matters that you are connecting with their emotions. Go past the “what” you do, they expect you to know “how” to do it & focus on WHY it is important to them.

The benefits of convenience are extremely important. Customers are often willing to pay extra to receive a product or service faster, and with less hassle. Do you offer: online sales, touch pay, same-day/express delivery, follow-up service?
To get there, do this exercise. Look in the mirror & fill in the blank out loud: “We provide ___ for our customers”. Answer: “So What?” Repeat this process until you dig to the bottom & have found real meaning.
