Design Collective accepted the AIA Maryland Design Excellence Award for Arrowwood (Mixed-Use Development) & College Park City Hall (Institutional Architecture. College Park City Hall was also awarded the “Public Building of the Year” award! Congratulations to both teams.

This month we are celebrating & learning about the LGBTQ+ community, locally and nationally. We were intrigued by the research of the University of Maryland School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation’s Toolkit for Documenting LGBTQ Heritage in Baltimore City (and Beyond).
