What people say is not what they do.
People are not able to recall accurately what they've done in the past. They don't lie, it's silmply how our brains work.
That's a big issue in surveys (self-reported data) and a good reason to talk directly to people.

@choicehacking Good point! Also, I think quant shows amazing results for some time, but I'd assume that the emotional burden gets too heavy at a certain point. And the When is probably a more individual thing, hard to tell in quant data. Qual can solve that.
@choicehacking Emotional blackmail. Works very well with a lot of people, but it goes too far, it's manipulative. There are plenty of users who notice that and stop using the app for good. Like me.
