Introducing our new DT/Global Education competition for Autumn term. One global issue at the moment is plastic pollution. As part of a national competition, we are looking for children in Y3-6 to create an endangered sea creature from recycled plastic. Information provided below.
Monday was very exciting for some members of Year 5 when we went offsite to Broughton for a visit from Bloodhound Education. We were fascinated by the car which is attempting to break the 1000mph speed record and had a go at constructing our very own gunpowder powered cars!

We are making lanterns for the lantern festival! First, we designed our lantern in our sketch books and now we are using tissue paper to bring our design to life. @DesignTechMPS
