Ever feel like advocating for ethical design is an uphill battle where you have to convince your team to settle for less? What if instead you could grow revenue with it?

Join my talk (via zoom) next Thursday at the Experience Design Summit to learn how!

@dariusdan @JedBridges Makes the answer to the first picture a lot more clear now doesn't it haha

@mialoira Branding and usability are important competitive markets.

Initially its land grab and design isn't as important. But once a user has multiple options that fill the new function, UX becomes the key differentiator.

Some news! After a long Twitter hiatus, I'm happy to announce that I'm going full-time @theloversmag ✨ We're launching something new called Spaces, a more personal careers page for teams 👫

Oh, and the landing page was built in @framer 💚💙❤️

[Jonathan Shariat @DesignUXUI]

@_TommyMason @MBA_LMH Didn't realize Framer has publishing, honestly haven't kept up with it the past few years.

@bhargavi_bala @Spotify Sorry little late here but... thank you for being a listener! Hope we helped you in some way!

[poorly drawn lines @PDLComics]

i'm tired

[Jonathan Shariat @DesignUXUI]

@round Funny how most people don't want it to be that simple. They want to be the source of the ideas and be "the hero genius"

Laying ego down and listening, you can usually get all the answers handed to you.

It hurts 🥲... #figma x #adobe

Friendly reminder: if the user needs to adapt to you, its not accessible.

[Jonathan Shariat @DesignUXUI]

@jertype It was great chatting with you!

@machinehuman lol!

[Jonathan Shariat @DesignUXUI]

@machinehuman So maybe 1 big factor is repeated exposure to bad design?

[Jonathan Shariat @DesignUXUI]

@machinehuman The question was why do american end-users put up with it, right?

I think the reason for that is its simply meets their needs. Its benefit - cost, the cost is $ and frustration. Plus repeated frustration becomes habit and lessons the perceived cost.
