Design West was approached by the Caprock Academy Charter School to design and build an addition to their existing school.

The facility design fully addressed the growing needs of the Academy and did it within the aggressive budget constraints.

Site visits are always fun, but with views like this, they're even better! The 9-story historical Clift Building looks right over downtown Salt Lake City making for a perfect place for commercial workspaces.

And it's done! The Eagle Gate Apartment Renovation project turned out so good, we couldn't be happier. Every detail in this design works together perfectly to create a comfortable living space for the residents of Eagle Gate.
