The goal of the project was to create an ownable identity that tells the Brand's story and what they stand for. An identity that's scalable across various touch points.
@nino_honmono What stands out is how much meaning is carried in timing and tone. The same words can feel completely different depending on who says them and the moment they’re said.
@nino_honmono There’s something really meaningful about being acknowledged in such a simple, unembellished way. Those short affirmations from people you respect tend to stay with you longer than long speeches.
@anago__fire I think the frustration comes from the fact that commuting isn't really a choice for most people. When people see a reimbursement being taxed, it feels less like taxing income and more like taxing a necessary cost of working.
@anago__fire Why do many employees feel that taxing commuter allowances is unfair, and what are the economic arguments for and against treating them as taxable income?
@akami_genki The scary thing about becoming a parent is realizing that success isn't measured by whether your child never makes a mistake. It's realizing that one day they'll make decisions you can't control, no matter how well you raised them.
@akami_genki The assumption that a daughter's partner choice is always a report card on her parents is probably where the analysis goes wrong. People can grow up in the healthiest environments and still end up in unhealthy relationships because relationships aren't selected with spreadsheets.
@akami_genki I think the uncomfortable truth is that there isn’t a parenting formula that guarantees an outcome. Some people have loving, attentive parents and still make choices others don't understand. At a certain point, parenting influences a child, but it doesn't control them.
@MEDSI The courage it takes to admit fault to a stranger, knowing anything could happen next, is honestly underrated. That kind of honesty is what holds everyday trust together.
@MEDSI What stands out is how much trust and anxiety is in that moment for both sides. For him it’s fear of punishment, and for you it could’ve easily gone another way. That he still chose honesty says something about character and upbringing.
@MEDSI That honesty takes real courage, especially when you’re already nervous and expecting a bad reaction. The fact he still came forward says a lot.
Also… the emotional switch at the end is criminal 😂
