Reshaping the in-chat experience became the lens through which we reimagined email.
We believe communication should move as naturally as conversation.
So we designed the new Owo email templates to transform every message into an experience.
On the spending summary, for instance, we used the visual imagery of the fold crumpled together as the banner β capturing the idea of a summary at a glance.
In another instance, we incorporated the dash system to guide the eye to key points, helping users break down important information while keeping the experience engaging.
Balancing function and aesthetics was key. From the first design to countless iterations, every detail was refined, tested, and reworked.
The result? Emails that are clean, structured, and thoughtfully designed.

We let the dash lead β drawn across with intentional, deliberate motion.
The wordmark follows β fluid, human, warm.

One that feels like money, right in your hands.
Motion defined and built in-house. Designed to be felt.

We designed Owoβs iconography with one rule in mind: great icons must scale without losing their character even at 16px by 16px.
We drew from the ink-traps in our illustrative style, then built two fidelities:
1. Semi- detailed- subtle light physics for depth and distinction
2. Minimal- stripped back, but still unmistakably Owo
