Dear @MTNNG I FINALLY HAVE A RESPONSE FOR YOU
After a thorough review and analysis of your response to my earlier sent mail and the documents attached thereto, including an independent assessment by a number of data experts, and having allowed eight (8) days from the date of receipt of your correspondence for the materials provided to be properly scrutinised, I have now concluded my review.
My formal response to your correspondence has accordingly been sent to your email, with the relevant authorities previously copied into this matter by you duly retained in copy @NgComCommission and @fccpcnigeria
For the avoidance of doubt, this Twitter post is also part of my response to MTN’s correspondence. My decision to communicate publicly on the matter does not derogate from, replace or constitute a waiver of my formal written response. Rather, it is an additional exercise of my right to publicly communicate my experience and position concerning a matter that is already the subject of a formal complaint and regulatory engagement.
All rights and remedies available to me remain expressly reserved.

Our voice has been heard not even at MTN but at the place we were strategically positioning ourselves towards with this outcry so we should not stop now.
WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH PUBLICITY; THIS IS NO LONGER AN OUTCRY FOR ONE.
🔗Fill this and share with everyone you know https://t.co/GmkUG3vSOl (Our immediate goal is at least 10,000 signatures on the petition).
My original outcry was about ONE experience; my own experience with MTN and the depletion of my data allocation however the responses that followed opened the door to numerous other subscribers sharing concerns about their own experiences and that changed everything.
We are no longer seeking answers only for ONE. We are seeking to properly examine these concerns and demand accountability for ALL subscribers whose experiences are supported by evidence but we cannot do this effectively without you.
We need you to help us push this everywhere you can on X, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, your communities, groups and every legitimate publicity channel available to you.
Those signatures will demonstrate the breadth of public concern and strengthen our collective call for proper investigation and accountability.
We also need as much firsthand evidence as possible. If you have experienced unusual, unexplained or disputed MTN data depletion, please submit your details and supporting evidence through the evidence form.
PLEASE NOTE: Nobody needs to pay anything on the petition page. If you see an option asking for payment, DO NOT PAY. Simply choose the option to SHARE the petition.
We are not asking anyone to make allegations they cannot support. We are asking people to speak from their own experience, provide evidence where available, and help us establish the facts.
Now, let’s come together and demand answers for ALL.
10,000 signatures.
As much evidence as possible.
As much legitimate publicity as possible.
LETS DO THIS AS 1️⃣
Good morning, everyone.
With respect to the data-usage report received from MTN Nigeria, we are currently seeking the assistance of a Data Analyst to independently analyse and interpret the data provided by MTN and reconcile it with the records and information we have independently collated.
The objective is to properly examine the figures, identify any discrepancies, inconsistencies or unusual patterns, and ensure that our engagement with MTN is supported by a sound and evidence-based analysis.
If you are a Data Analyst with the relevant expertise and are willing to assist us with this exercise, kindly send a DM to @losensolicitors.
If you know someone who may be suitable, please retweet/share and tag them.
Your expertise could be instrumental in helping us get to the facts.
Thank you.
In the meantime, let’s continue filling this link because it is highly required in this dire situation we are currently https://t.co/FCckUnkBJb

@directorpink_ Hi Director Pink,
I’m an Economics graduate from Unilag. I’ve attached a photo of myself with some shoes I sell and a screenshot of my data school fee. The 250k will cover my 150,000 school fee, help me get a laptop, and support my business.
I’d really appreciate your help. 😊

Day 3 of tagging @play_eFootball until we finally get a Nigerian server
Nigerians have one of the biggest, if not the biggest, eFootball communities on TikTok and Twitter — yet we get the least attention.
If this tweet doesn’t go far, we’ve failed as a community.
Kindly like, repost, and let’s make our voices heard.
