OH REALLY. Guided by Nexrad radar. ☢️☢️ I thought that wasn't possible?!

A 2026 paper outlines an operational system using aircraft + satellites + NEXRAD radar + AI/ML to target high-risk dry-lightning areas.

The irony: Chaff is aluminum-coated. Aluminum is flammable in fine form, and critics warn deposited fibers could potentially contribute to fire conditions rather than prevent them.

Chaff composition and health: Aluminum-coated fiberglass; a 2023 DoD report links some chaff to PFAS, and flagged it as a source of hazardous air pollutant emissions. Aluminum is flammable (PubChem) and has documented biological risks.

Unpredictable weather side effects: Seeding can suppress precipitation downwind (hurting agriculture) or enhance it locally—explicitly noted as a risk.

Fire risk irony: Aluminum’s flammability could worsen fire conditions.

Ongoing activity: NOAA records indicate companies like Skyward are already running related R&D cloud-seeding experiments.

Broader exposure: Involves continuous pulsed RF/microwave radiation from NEXRAD systems (viewed by critics as atmospheric pollution with possible dry-condition or weather effects).

They have been playing with the weather for a LONG time. Wake up. Project Thunderbolt in the summer of 1972–1973 where aircraft released chaff under thunderstorms and measured reduced electric fields and lightning.

This is atmospheric experimentation with little public discussion of cumulative impacts from decades of weather-modification activities!
