How to read your YouTube analytics in 1 minute.
The platform shows you 50+ metrics.
47 of them are noise.
Only 3 dashboards actually decide what your next video should be.
1. The CTR vs APV scatter plot.
Open Studio. Go to Analytics. Click the Advanced view.
Find the chart that plots Click Through Rate against Average Percentage Viewed across your last 30 videos.
Top right corner. High CTR. High retention.
These are your winning formats. Make more of them.
Reverse engineer the title structure, the thumbnail style, and the topic angle. Copy your own success.
Bottom left corner. Low CTR. Low retention. These are dead formats. Cut them. Stop revisiting the topic.
Top left. High retention. Low CTR. The content is great. The packaging is broken.
Rewrite the title and thumbnail and republish the format with a sharper hook.
Bottom right. High CTR. Low retention. The packaging is bait. The content does not deliver.
Either tighten the script or stop using that title format.
90% of what you need to know lives in this one chart. Most creators have never opened it.
2. The Returning Viewers chart.
This is the single most underrated metric on YouTube.
The percentage of your viewers who watched something else on your channel in the last 28 days.
If it is climbing, your channel is healthy. Your audience is becoming a real audience.
If it is flat or dropping, your videos are not connecting.
New viewers are not coming back. You are running a one-shot lottery instead of a media company.
Most creators obsess over views. The pros obsess over returning viewers.
3. Average Views Per Viewer.
How many of your videos the average viewer watches per session. The metric YouTube's algorithm uses to decide how aggressively to promote your channel.
If a viewer watches 1 of your videos and leaves, you are a dead end. If they watch 4, you are a session driver.
YouTube pushes session drivers because it keeps users on the platform longer.
That is the entire reason recommendation surfaces exist.
How to raise it. End screen CTAs to the next logical video. Playlists that auto-progress. Series content with open loops between uploads.
That is the entire weekly review. 3 dashboards. 1 minutes.
Remember DSCVR? @DSCVR1 😅

@0xDGraM Yes, it updated. But you can try this method. It working for me. After the motion blur is complete, click on Windows +R, type appdata in the box and click on OK. Click Local, find Capcut and click on it, then Click User Data, then click on Cache, find motionblur, copy your video

tbh the @ambire wallet dev team deserves more credit than they get, they take care of their wallet codebase in such way that even automated security scanners mark them very safe, while plenty of other popular extensions fall below 90 score
not only this time, I have seen multiple times that ambire often rank top in terms of security, UI, UX everything.
Ambire wallet score : 97/100

Your hook, title, and thumbnail strongly affect whether YouTube gives your video impressions or not.
Before retention, watch time, or engagement even matter, YouTube first tests your packaging.
If people ignore your thumbnail and title, impressions slow down fast.
If people click, YouTube keeps pushing the video to more viewers.
This is where channel warming matters.
Warm your channel around your niche so the average audience YouTube tests your videos with are people already interested in that type of content.
That improves:
• CTR
• Watch time
• Early engagement
• Audience matching
Many creators think low impressions mean shadowban or bad luck.
Most times, the packaging wasn’t strong enough to make people stop scrolling, or YouTube tested the video with the wrong audience first.
Below is how to warm your channel properly.
Been inactive on X for the past 4 weeks, working on something behind the scenes. 👀
I can’t wait to share my progress with you guys soon. Appreciate everyone still checking in and supporting me. Big things coming. 🚀

Google AI Studio can analyze YouTube videos, especially in AI-related niches.
Use it to study viral videos.
Step 1: Open Google AI Studio and click “Chat”.
Step 2: Paste the YouTube video URL.
Step 3: Use this prompt:
“Watch this video and give me a detailed scene-by-scene breakdown every five seconds. Include the action, characters, setting, art style, pacing, transitions, camera angles, and storytelling structure.”
Then study the output and create your own improved version.
Do not copy videos directly. Use the breakdown for research, structure, and inspiration.
