The bros losing their minds over this is so funny
Maybe just skip it if playing as a woman offends you that much.
I personally think this game looks great.
That's true, i don't really know anything about Egypt's mythos.
Mostly germanic and some very basic greek and that's why i don't speak about others, i'm not gonna talk about something i know nothing about.
Just wanted to share the story of Ratatoskr because he was brought up in the tweet.
Either way i'm curious to see what they bring on with Laufey, didn't know about Heqet but that is an interesting link.
Debatable, in prose and poetic edda he was described visually as a normal red squirrel.
The horned illustrations we have stems from Edda Oblongata, which is a finnish or icelandic (can't remember which one) manuscript from around the 17th century, much younger than prose and poetic.
Was there a cute animal in the game or not. Nobody argues if the character was real or not. Also you look like if you looked up โincelโ in the dictionary this exact face would be there. You definitely own a life sized body pillow of the Stellar Blade girl.
''Thereโs a fucking talking god squirrel in the last one you nincompoop.''
Don't throw stones when you live in a glass house.
Holy insecurity yell there buddy.
How do you rage so quick and hard about it?
I did not attack, i was not disrespectful.
But keep going, i find this pretty damn hilarious.
@UpToTASK I did answer your question.
was i saying you were stupid? or did i just leave a link to the story so people could see what the basis for the squirrel was?
Don't be so quick to get your defences up..
@Seanzu Hard agree, it's tiresome.
I'm pretty deep into norse mythology.
Did GoW 18 and ragnarok portray the mythology accurate? heck no.
Did i have a blast playing them anyway? Hell yeah, they're games, meant to entertain.
A lot of people are taking these things way to far.
I meant Brokk and Mimer specificly with my comment.
Ofcourse they are not one to one of the mythology, doesn't change that they are based on the real mythos.
Brokkr is one of the greatest blacksmiths in the realms among his brother Eitri (sindri)
Mimer is a walking lexicon in mythology, and his head is carried around by Odin as a portable oracle.
So far no one has been able to lock in on what the cube is based on.
