Robinson was allegedly stopped by a patrolman in Orem at 12:30am 9/11 (Robinson would have to speed 90–100+ mph entire trip w/o stopping)

Robinson's presence in Panguitch make it IMPOSSIBLE for him to have sent real-time update text messages at 11pm and be stopped by police at 12:30am

This would mean the texts are fake.
If the texts are fake, the confession is fake.
It would also mean that Lance Twiggs is in on the lie.

-Why no exit wound? a 30-06 would blow his head off
-What are the red marks that look like burns on his right side?

2. Admissions:
- LT burned the alledged written confession, the evidence is literally ashes. Photo of the letter? can't test for DNA. Twigs could have written it.
-Discord chat confessions? No evidence has been provided beyond LT saying so. Photos of chat? can't verify metadata. Anyone with log in access could have written them.
-Confessed to parents? Where is their statement? Grandpa denies it.
-Confessed to Mitch (family friend): Where's the testimony or written statement? Doesn't exist.

3. Forensics:
- Gun has 3 DNAs: TR, Twiggs and an unknown
- Towel has 2 DNAs: TR and Twiggs
-Screwdriver has 2 DNAs: TR and Twiggs
-Stairwell has 5 DNAs
-"Finger smudge on window below the roof" Not Tylers
-Rooftop DNA- could not get a reading

4. Campus Footage
- Stairwell: Twiggs says "cannot 100% identify as TR" "has never seen the hat". Possibly TR "only due to the jeans and shoes."
-Campus footage: Changes clothes 2x, different backpacks 2x, Gait is different, Height appears different
No clear image of the face on any footage- anywhere- anytime ever.

5. Roomate Testimony
- Twigs says TR never talked about Charlie Kirk
- Twigs says he never talked to TR about "trans or gender" issues
-Twigs says he is not political and TR wasn't either but would sometimes talk about Trump
-Twigs "could not 100% identify TR in the stairwell pix"

6. Robinson pulls trigger on roof
-footage does not exists per Prosecution
-footage released shows a shadow on the roof
- cop admits there is no identifying features in the video. he cannot identify Race, Height, Clothing
- cop admits he cannot tell if there is even a gun. cops report says "bag or long object" does not mention a gun.

I can add a few:
-no shell casing found on Losee center, but a shell casing was found by the library.
- cop finds gun holster and doesn't report it
- same cop's body cam mysteriously stops recording right before he "finds the screwdriver on the roof"
- dispatch reports immediately after Kirk goes down that there is "a man dressed in black, with black vest, black mask and long gun running by the library"
-black backpack is found by library

It is in no way a slam dunk that "TR was a lone actor who took down CK from the Lossee roof with a single shot from a 30-06 because of CK's stance on transgenderism."

To be fair, most assassinations don’t occur in broad daylight on college campuses outfitted with 1,000+ high resolution security cameras with thousands of students walking around.

I’d argue it’s also “rare” or improbable for a complete amateur lone-wolf shooter with no relevant experience (as the story goes) to miraculously find the perfect rooftop that apparently was: 1) hidden from all security cameras, 2) wasn’t being monitored by Charlie’s security, local police or campus police, 3) wasn’t locked and was publicly accessible, and 4) provided a clear shot of Charlie Kirk 140 yards away while he was sitting under a temporary structure (tent) that was erected just prior to his speaking event taking place on a campus that the alleged shooter didn’t attend or live remotely close to (among many, many other oddities).

It’s also “rare” for body camera batteries to die less than 2 hours into a police officer’s shift just as he makes his way onto the roof of Losee building, but here we are.

Maybe we’ll get more definitive footage later on, but we’ll have to wait and see.

It’s certainly possible that the rifle shot (if one occurred) wasn’t caught on camera, but the corroborating evidence would need to be compelling. So far it hasn’t been in the manner provided (ie. Photos of a purported text conversation on Lance Twiggs’ phone, to name an example).

Again, we may see some of this later at trial (metadata, timestamps, cell carrier logs, etc.), but we haven’t so far, which is why people remain reasonably skeptical.

Finally, as Robert and others well know, if this was part of a broader military operation or conspiracy, you would expect a potential patsy (in this case Tyler Robinson) to have some connection to the evidence. After all, for the public or a jury to believe a patsy committed the crime, it has to be believable. He may also very well be involved to some degree (minimal or large), but that doesn’t mean he acted alone or committed the murder. Nearly everyone on all sides believe he was involved in some way, but the skeptics don’t believe he acted alone or necessarily pulled the trigger (per se), which is not a “crazy” or “insane” belief by any stretch of the imagination.
