Your employer deducts and remits monthly. At the end of the relevant year, your employer files stating your earnings, PAYE etc.

As an employee, you are required to file also before 31st March stating details

@Morris_Monye In May 2024, I bought a 5G Router from MTN. Upon registering, I was told it was already assigned. I exchanged 15 emails with MTN cc. the NCC. Took hours talking to their agents. Took matter offline. Visited 3 of their offices. I can't carry a SIM pack different from the Router.
