@OntheBeachUK I am trying to contact a human advisor regarding conflicting information from the chat bot and and T&Cs but the chat bot won't let me through to a human. Please can someone contact me or can I get contact information to get through to a person please?
@OntheBeachUK really disappointed in your customer service or complete lack of it - can only try and change a booking via chat but after 5 days still no resolution and your chatboxes gave a nasty habit of disappearing so we have to start all over again - if only we could cancel
@OntheBeachUK Hi can soneone on admin please contact me. Talking to the AI live chat bot is completely useless. Our minor flight time change (glasgow to antalya) isnt quite a slight time change. Its a complete airport change (Edinburgh to antalya) can sometimes contact me asap
