Gary Bryan of Bryan Auto Parts says he picked up the triple homicide suspect Ivan Miller around 11pm Saturday night after he hit an elk on Highway 24, totaling his car.

He said Miller said he was from Iowa traveling for a few days and would pick up the car next Saturday.
