@fidelitybankplc I am having trouble generating receipts from the banking app. When I attempt to make a transfer, it keeps redirecting me back to the transfer platform, and I can't tell if the transfer was successful. I only notice that the money has been deducted afterward.
@fidelitybankplc, could you please explain why my account officer has not been changed? I tried calling my account officer to lodge a complaint, as your customer care line is not connecting. I’ve heard that he left Fidelity Bank yrs ago, and now I have no one else to contact.
