The picture below is Spectrum House in Dagenham in the early hours of this morning. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those impacted.
It is unacceptable for @Barrattplc to be arguing to keep any flammable material on the homes of 1000 people at Royal Artillery Quays in Woolwich, especially as the material is banned on new buildings.
The 1000 residents of the tall towers of Royal Artillery Quays demand @BarrattHomes remove all flammable from our homes given they have put our lives at risk for 22 years with an unlawful and dangerous external cladding system.

Our situation is disgraceful. @Barrattplc , I am not sure how you can sleep at night. Also, @mtpennycook@MayorofLondon what are you going to do for ppl who like us, are in the same situation? Why condemned to high insurance costs after remediation! @BBCNews@BBCLondonNews

The RAQ residents stand with all those affected by the terrible tragedy of the Grenfell Tower.

Sadly we are still in a fight with @Barrattplc to get them to take flammable XPS spandrel panels off our tall 18m+ towers.
Appalling that residents in tall towers have to argue with a builder to take flammable material off our homes. Letter to @BarrattHomes below.

A response to the appalling decision of @BarrattHomes to leave flammable material on our homes.
@BarrattPlc you've abandoned your customers on the 7th anniversary of #Grenfell to the worry of flammable material being left on their homes in tall 18m+ towers. You should be utterly ashamed of choosing to save money and push the risk of permanently high insurance onto your customers.

Creating a 2 tier fire safety ratings, one liberating leaseholders from insurance premiums (A1) and one condemning leaseholders to life premiums (B1), both based on the same Building Safety Act. Please, set this right! @Keir_Starmer@mtpennycook@MayorofLondon
In another development @Barrattplc is taking all the Spandrel Panels off! So why at RAQ are they keeping any combustible core spandrel panels on our buildings? They aren't even consistent!

@Barrattplc told desperate residents last night that flammable spandrel panels will stay on their buildings.
Technical reports show these flammable panels are packed full of Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) insulation. It's appalling on the 7th anniversary of Grenfell this is happening, @BarrattHomes are putting their customers at risk of fire.

Feeling depressed, tired, disappointed with @Barrattplc refusing to take all flammable materials down from our buildings to save costs. @mtpennycook I hope you can do smth so that ALL bldgs are fixed to an A1 specification, not those lucky w/ their bldg companies doing the job.
I want to see Labour's plans to end the building safety crisis -because building more dangerous homes won't help anyone except developers.
Also keen to see whether Labour will end the mis-selling of shared ownership flats as "affordable" homes.

Kevin McCloud on UK Housing “In 2009, the average profit that the big housing developers made per unit, per house or per flat was about £6,800. Now, they make per unit 10 times that 68,000.
“They’ve shifted their focus from volume and meeting government targets to the profit”
@mtpennycook Leaseholders are decimated by the building safety crisis too. What's Labour doing about that? @LewisAtkinson still hasn't replied to my email about leasehold & @EOCS_Official .
Same here, as I am trapped in a financially exploitative GLA-backed shared ownership scheme I can't escape from.
In the light of the damning @CommonsLUHC report on shared ownership published in March, will @UKLabour address this in their manifesto?
Cladding manufacturer @SaintGobainUK condemns @Barrattplc for the installation of the External Wall System at Royal Artillery Quays as not being installed correctly by @BarrattHomes.
This is the same @Barrattplc that is now wanting to keep flammable material on our homes!!
