Maybe make this a briefing item… or just enter the corrective price in the system properly

@PublixHelps @Destani81325765 Clearance items are included and Publix guarantees It will honor the Publix Promise. Whoever put your item on clearance didn't enter it into the system with the corrective price.

@Publix Speaking of assistance customer service manager “Taheera” her customer is not customer friendly at all. She’s not welcoming, never smiles, no salutations, nor is she friendly. I’m n this store at least 3 times a week or more & this is what I’ve experienced & witnessed @Publix

I also spoke with “John” the assistant customer service manager and he said “technically” not clearance items & a few other grey area words & I just need black & white what the public promises policy is. This is not making my shopping a pleasure. @Publix

@Publix I previously had the same experience with asst. customer service manager “Thaeera” who also says the Publix promise does not apply to clearance items. NO CONSISTENCY depends on who’s working or what day it is if it applies to clearance I’m confused. What r the exclusions @Publix

@childrensplace Angela at store 0906 is the RUDEST assistant store manager I’ve every encountered during a shopping experience. No accountability, no apologies. Angela told me “either you’re going to buy it or we’re going 2 ARGUE” I didn’t know if I wanted 2 swipe my card or run.
