@Ofstednews@martyneoliver Baskerville in Birmingham needs serious intervention, kids attempting suicide with next to no pastoral support or care, excluded rather than supported. Many countless parents are raising issues and absolutely lied to consistently. These children deserve way more
@Ofstednews You need to inspect Baskerville in Birmingham and get parents' views. They are absolutely failing so many children at present. 2 1/2 years it's taken me to get them to admit they can't and never have met my child's needs. There are so many others I know of going through so much
@Crohns1967@SkyNews Tips are appointments only, and I believe 2 are currently closed anyway, and the others booked out. People who don't drive can't even hire a man in a van either as if lucky enough to get a tip appointment, they aren't allowing vans. Also, they are making it sound worse
@BhamCityCouncil Maybe stop trying to force pay cuts on them then. Your council management created the financial crisis, not the bin men and not the public. See, you are still taking your pay rises, though. Rich gets richer and stuff the rest of us, eh, Liebour is done
@SuritaMattu @BhamCityCouncil Clearly, you don't know the reasons for actions. Could you afford an £8,000 wage cut a year? It's not as easy as oh well, I will just get another job either. They are valid in their actions, be angry at the mess this council has created by spending money on vanity projects
@thebluestshade I'm in the UK and definitely don't hate on her, I happen to think she's just very misunderstood. I love how happy she makes Harry and how they protect their children from the media
My boy is now officially being sponsored by Rooster sailing as a Rooster Rider, so proud of all he achieves out of school thanks to those who believe in him. It's such a shame that the send system doesn't give him the same energy and belief.
Can't sleep with excitement for my boys' future after an amazing email today. It's a good job I've invested in him, and I believed in him, and fought for him because the education system has failed to consistently and done zilch for him.
@Keir_Starmer Care and look after those around us unless they are elderly, disabled or vulnerable, eh Keir. Your motto is to let them freeze and rip away send provision, respite, and daycare centres
@SkyNews On top of the extra 9%, they've signed off on in Birmingham to bail labour run mismanaged @BhamCityCouncil out. Then they wonder why people can't pay ffs they really are trying to rid the elderly, vulnerable and poor out of this world. Enough now, roll on local elections
@SkyNews Enough already just leave the Middle East alone. The west interfering is half the ruddy problem. Yes, support those who need asylum, but fgs, stop getting involved in wars
@BhamCityCouncil@WMPolice When is the investigation into fraud and arrests happening at Birmingham city council for bankrupting and misusing public funds?
I honestly think that @bphillipsonMP should come clean with SEND families and admit that they are not going to fix the SEND crisis - she has no idea about the problems facing families - but then, she hasn’t exactly talked to us, has she?
@FirebombCorner@DavidMc80397417 The sort of headship we need more of. My son is in a special school, sadly years of trauma from mainstream settings, has utterly destroyed his mental health. He absolutely can not cope full time in a classroom. Hence, we flexi, he now has the best education, adapted for him.
1) All the headlines about flexischooling, let me just say here, and now flexischooling has saved my sons mental health, education, and his 5th placement from failing. Our flexi is extremely educational, we work on real life, life skills, we are working on his chosen career
