Henrico Police is on scene of a fatal 2 tractor-trailer crash involving a pedestrian @ Williamsburg Rd & S Laburnum Ave.

An adult male pedestrian was pronounced deceased at scene. One adult male driver transported to hospital w/ life-threatening injuries.
