I’m trying to figure out how to get a bitcoin refund because you guys did not add my pass. It said the pass added but it says it’s still expired trying to figure it out.

@privatedalights hey it’s KaylaXoxo123 pd provider I paid for the pro pass with moonpay sending bitcoin and it said the pass was added but it still says expired not sure what’s going on but can I get a refund for the bitcoin if the pass is not working. It’s not cheap
