We have identified a fix for players impacted by the erroneous Weekly Challenge reset that occurred on Saturday.

On Thursday, 9/13, Hotfix 2.0.2.1 will be deployed. Impacted players will be given proper Weekly Challenges and Powerful Rewards.

What I love most about Destiny is what I suspect turns others off about it:

I love inhabiting the world, digging deeper, & cherish the friendships and experiences I have in the world.

Someone looking for a close-ended experience would feel shortchanged, and I understand that.

For years, I have struggled to articulate that gamers looking to play, conquer, and move on will never truly be satisfied by a living, evolving game like #Destiny2 (or #TheDivision), not because of anything more than a disparity between development goals and player expectations.
