I never really appreciated this enough when I was working at Bungie.

But now that I'm a solo dev, I'm kinda blown away by the flood transformation. Like, I know how I would do this in Unreal5, but it's so impressive that this was done back in 2007.

Recently I was chatting w Paul Russel for one my my youtube video. We both agreed that we didn't really talk to other people enough at Bungie. We were too self centered and dialed into our own work.
