Thank you for all the plants and the arcade boards. I’d also like to bring one of my cocktail arcade table cabinet from my house and set it up in the office sometime this month.
***For Those Interested in Joining Us***
Applications literally flooded in before we had even officially started our recruiting process, and as a result, nearly all of this year’s hiring slots have already been reserved. We will likely be closing applications for the time being. (In the end, we never even got the chance to experience what a normal first-year recruiting cycle looks like lol.)
There are only two remaining days this month available for office tour reservations. Thank you!
Some other fighting games I played recently where I wish I played the series 10+ years ago.
I know people be like "well what's stopping you now? it's never too late". Which is true, but it's mostly because I barely make the time now. Probably just FG burnout.
The thing with Momiji is that she did technically thrived off those deep stuns back in DOA5. If players didn't stagger in that game, Momiji was actually pretty good because you had over 4-5 different launchers, and if someone did stagger you would condition them to hold/block allowing that character to take advantage of people who abused stagger escape.
The problem with stuns is that there is a demographic on two sides of a coin. There are players that like those crazy deep stuns back in DOA5, and there are players that like the lessened stuns from the old game, thus it did affect some characters in the process. Momiji was a character that was very good in really good stun situations. Stun launch in DOA5 if anything, was a lot more dangerous because there are some situations you -had- to hold/stagger. Momiji did in fact thrived off that. In some cases depending on character, can be a good thing or bad thing.
Momiji in retrospect was developed under the system that had severe deep stuns to begin with, and there is a lot of modern players from 5 & 6 that started off from those deep stuns. Due to stun changes with stun being on a fixed fast rate of constant, Momiji has become a bit limited in knowing what you hit someone by, and what she can get away with. She can still take advantage of the general system but she does have less to work with that isn't the typical "throw when someone holds, launch if someone not holds", so there is a limit to that.
Personally she's alright, but I do agree with Xcal that she's kinda of a nothing burger in the current system. She needs a bit of a rework that isn't her DOA5 counterpart ported into 6 with a few adjusted/new moves.

Back...in black...
As a collaboration with @BeetleUD, Ryu Hayabusa from the Ninja Gaiden series izuna drops again into the Rivals Workshop!
Make use of his Flying Swallow, Steel on Bone, powerful Ninpo Abilities and his deadly Ultimate Techniques to decimate the battlefield!
I'm out of the loop but I think I got the gist of what was happening. It is a bit mentally exhausting yeah from what I was reading. i'm an individual of culture/man of culture.
I'm always chillen since I do like seeing fanservice with women in games, appreciator of tiddies, thighs, and butts, and I enjoyed fighting games in general. DOA has a habit where that type of discussion pops up at least once or twice every year.
You’re the typical loudmouthed loser on the internet.
You’re about ten years too early to be threatening me, you piece of trash.
And I’m no longer involved, so DON’T ASK ME FOR SHIT about TEKKEN.
Just sit there watching tournaments while your mommy holds you, you little shit.
@lifeloverR18 Sadly was delisted on console and never made it to PC. They would have to find a way to extract the stage off the console and putting it on PC, which is very unlikely due to how old 5 is probably.
Still like to give props for DOA, Team NINJA, SEGA, and SNK on seeing things like this made happen when it comes to characters (or even stages) in DOA5LR. Still never thought I'd see Akira/Pai/Jacky/Sarah and Mai Shiranui in the same game together in a 3D fighter, which is something I like to remind myself every new year as this version of the game gets older and older. A moment of "damn, I remember that was a thing. Still cool."
Then they somehow were able to make it work perfectly for the game while still following DOA's exact protocols, which is not easy in my opinion.
I still believe this is stuff that usually only happens once in a lifetime. Because of licensing, I do hope that history moments like this become better preserved in the future. But overall, thank you TEAM NINJA, SEGA, and SNK for the experience and making this happen. Was 100% worth it and definitely fun looking back through the years.
I probably have the dumbest request for #DOA#DOA7, but I'd like to see it as a bonus setting or even DLC for whatever reason.
I'd like to see some type of -100% gravity ragdoll effect floaty setting where every time the character gets KOed they start flopping around stupid or flying high into the sky while the arms and legs is wiggling around erratically while they do 20 flips into the air and then landing on a random breakable chair in a perfect position lol. Need good laughs after a KO, and I'll 100% make a compilation of all the dumbest clips you can find if it's real. I don't even care if it's unrealistic, it might be epic stuff lol.
Imagine getting hit with a heavy knockback move and you look like this. Absolute peak:
