With Roblox’s latest updates, PTR is one of the most important metrics, and thumbnails matter more than ever.

So I focus on:

• Finding trends early
• Building fast
• Launching fast
• Testing constantly

I’ve launched 10 games at the same time before.

I hire people to build maps, use AI for thumbnails, and optimize for speed.

A game doesn’t need 3 months of development.

Many can be built and launched within a week.

Speed wins.
